What is a Rowbuy Spreadsheet, and why use it with Rowbuy?

A Rowbuy Spreadsheet is a product catalog: category shelves that help you find marketplace listings to submit to Rowbuy. The agent handles the purchase in China; this independent site helps you decide which listing and parcel plan deserve that purchase. Neither a card nor a low yuan price is a delivered-price quote.

Find an item and keep its travel cost in view

The sixteen shelves connect a product choice to its next cost question. A padded jacket raises a box-size question; jeans raise a weight question; a watch raises a battery-eligibility question. That makes the catalog useful before you have an agent account: shortlist two options, record the exact size and seller delivery, then use the cost breakdown to leave room for freight, payment costs and any still-unquoted service charge.

For example, compare a compact fleece with a bulky puffer for a Canadian order. The cheaper listing need not be the cheaper parcel. Carry the chosen option and measurements into the order note, check that item at QC, then use actual packed dimensions in the ledger tools. The catalog has helped you form a question; Rowbuy's warehouse supplies the answer.

Prices and line rules have dates, and the editorial method explains their limits. Keep the seller URL: it lets you compare an eligible purchase with another service without starting your search again. We have not bought every listed item or verified its durability.

How a Rowbuy order moves through purchase, QC and shipping

Use these six stops to locate the decision you can still change. Before the goods payment, confirm the seller’s option and domestic delivery. At QC, check the received item before approving it. At parcel building, compare packing size and eligible lines before the international payment. The linked pages separate your action from Rowbuy’s work and identify costs that are not published.

Two payments in total. The service fee is real but Rowbuy prints no rate for it; duties are charged by your own country.

Read it top to bottom once before your first order. The two red-flag moments are stop C, where you can still stop a wrong item cheaply, and stop E, where a light but bulky box can cost more than you expected.

The Guide takes one order through rowbuy.com screen by screen: creating the account, pasting a Taobao, 1688 or Weidian link, the first payment, the photo check, building the parcel, the freight payment and the delivery. It uses screenshots taken on rowbuy.com on 24 October 2026 wherever a page is visible without logging in.

We did not find a verifiable public Rowbuy tutorial video in the reviewed sources, and the help articles we obtained were text only. The Guide marks the steps that happen behind the login and describes them from the help text. The short walkthrough below is one we put together ourselves, so you can see the order of the first three screens before you sign up.

Why choose Rowbuy for a US or Canadian order?

Rowbuy's useful role is to join tasks that would otherwise be separate: pay a Chinese seller, receive the goods in China, make warehouse photos available, hold several purchases and arrange an international parcel. Those are common buying-agent services. The reason to consider this particular agent is whether its documented payment and freight workflow fits your order.

A bill you can follow before the parcel leaves

The help articles we obtained describe US-dollar billing, link or image search, free QC photos and consolidation. The public estimator returned priced US and Canadian lines in our October 22, 2026 test, with weight steps that can be checked in the freight guide. For a buyer combining jeans from one seller and a hoodie from another, that offers one warehouse review point before choosing whether to ship together.

The practical gain is control between payments: keep the first purchase separate from the later freight bill, compare both received items with the saved options, and ask for a different packing plan if the carton makes the quote unattractive. This does not guarantee that consolidation saves money; measure the combined box and compare eligible lines.

Choose a different service when your destination has no confirmed route, you need a published service-fee rate before funding, or direct marketplace checkout already covers the item and delivery you want. Rowbuy's fee rate and the relationship between the two company names on its pages remain unresolved in our reviewed material. Read the full fit assessment before committing.

Rowbuy's two charges and its missing fee rate

Rowbuy charges you twice. The first payment covers the goods and whatever the seller charges to deliver them to the warehouse. The second, after the photo check, covers the international line. Between those two, Rowbuy adds a service fee for buying, handling, photos and storage, but publishes no percentage or flat amount for it. Prices are shown in yuan and billed in dollars; on 21 October the site rate was 1 CNY to $0.1476.

Only North America answered the estimator

Rowbuy's help text says it ships worldwide. Its public estimator told a narrower story on 22 October 2026: the United States got two priced lines, Canada got one, and the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and Spain got none at either 1 kg or 3 kg. That is why this site writes for buyers in the US and Canada, quotes freight in the two currencies that matter there and treats every other country as unconfirmed.

Use the cost calculator and storage clock with the right inputs

For an order budget, enter the chosen option’s unit price, quantity and seller delivery; for freight, use the packed parcel’s weight and outer box dimensions. Run a second version with less bulky packing only if that packing is suitable for the item. The storage clock uses the date the item became Stored, not the purchase date. Both tools are on the Tools page and use the dated rules explained there.

Neither tool knows the service fee or your coupons, and both say so in their answers.
