Reaching Rowbuy support, and reaching us
Rowbuy publishes three routes. The contact page gives [email protected] staffed on weekdays from nine to five, US Eastern time, and warns that even urgent emails can wait a business day or two for a reply. There is a chat button with a headset icon on every rowbuy.com page. And there is a Discord server, linked from the home page banner, at discord.com/invite/j4vzPzkqbh.
For anything to do with an order, give the order number first, then the stop it is at, then what you need. For problems with this guide, write to [email protected]; we have no window into anyone's Rowbuy account.
Rowbuy questions we hear before a first haul
Questions frequently asked by first-time Rowbuy buyers in North America. Each answer is dated by the facts it relies on.
Is rowbuy.net the Rowbuy website?
No. rowbuy.net is an independent guide. Rowbuy's own site is rowbuy.com, and nobody at Rowbuy writes, checks or pays for these pages.
Does Rowbuy ship to the United Kingdom or Europe?
Its help text says worldwide, but on 22 October 2026 the estimator returned no line for the UK, France, Germany, Italy or Spain. Check the estimator with your country before buying.
What is the Rowbuy service fee?
A fee for buying, handling, QC and storage exists by Rowbuy's own account, yet no rate is printed. The checkout breakdown is the only place to see it.
How many QC photos does Rowbuy take of each piece?
The number is not published. The photos are free. If you need a specific angle or a measurement, ask before approving.
How long can my items stay in the warehouse?
Up to 120 days, the first 90 free, according to the rowbuy.com home page. The fee after day 90 is not published.
Does Rowbuy ask for anything Chinese, such as a local phone?
No. Registration needs an email and password, and billing is in US dollars by international card or other methods shown at checkout.
Can Rowbuy buy from shops other than Taobao, 1688 and Weidian?
Through the Fill&buy form, yes: you enter the link, details and price yourself. Rowbuy's form warns that such items are returnable only for quality or seller faults.
Who pays import duty?
You do. Help article 7827 leaves import charges to your own country's customs and puts them on the buyer's responsibility.
Are the catalogue prices final?
No. A card shows the seller's price for the cheapest option. Seller delivery, the service fee, freight and duty come on top.
Ledger vocabulary, from QC to size weight

Seven ways to overpay on a Rowbuy order
Each of these mistakes has cost buyers money at one stop or another. Avoid them before payment one.
- Paying for perfume, power banks or anything with a battery before asking which line will carry it.
- Ordering by the size label instead of the centimetre chart.
- Leaving a parcel past day 90 without asking what the next days cost.
- Approving QC photos without looking at the label and the count.
- Shipping a shoe box or gift box you do not need on a size-billed line.
- Assuming a coupon cuts the goods price; Rowbuy's discounts apply to freight.
- Buying from outside the US and Canada before the estimator shows a line for your country.
