Stop F. Nothing more to Rowbuy; duties go to your customs.
Seven to eleven days, quoted not promised
All three North American lines carried a reference time of 7 to 11 days in the estimator on 22 October 2026. Help article 7794 and the peak-season announcement both describe delivery windows as estimates that customs and seasonal volume can stretch. Treat 11 days as a normal outcome and anything up to a few weeks in late autumn as unremarkable.
The clock starts at dispatch from the warehouse, not at payment one. Add the seller's dispatch time, the photo check and any days the parcel waited for company, and a first order commonly takes several weeks door to door.

Duty on the North American side
Help article 7827 is short and clear: Rowbuy does not set import charges; your own country's customs does, and they are the buyer's responsibility. It mentions tax-friendly lines designed to reduce friction, with no guarantee attached. We do not quote US or Canadian customs rules; check the current rules of your own country's customs service for parcels from China.

Broken or missing on arrival: the claim route
For loss or damage in transit, help article 7828 says to write to support, quoting the order and attaching photos, and Rowbuy will help you file a claim, with refund timing depending on the seller and the carrier. Take the photos before you unpack completely: the outer carton, the label, the inside as you found it. A support email that already has those attached saves a round of questions.
Rowbuy's contact page lists [email protected], answered on weekdays between nine and five New York time. There is also a chat widget on rowbuy.com.

The day the box lands
Open the parcel the same day, with your phone ready. Photograph the label and the outer carton before cutting the tape, then each piece as it comes out. Check each against your QC photos rather than against the listing: the photos are what you approved, and a difference from them is a transit or packing problem, which is the route Rowbuy's claim help covers.
Try clothes on before removing tags, and keep the packaging until you are sure. Then close the ledger: note what you paid at each stop, including the service fee that showed at checkout. That number, which Rowbuy does not publish, is the most useful thing you can bring to your next order.

After signing: one spin, and the next order
A parcel marked Delivered or Signed adds one Lucky Wheel spin to your account, worth 10 to 40 per cent off a future parcel's freight. If you plan to order again, that coupon is a reason to keep the next haul inside Rowbuy rather than splitting it across agents.
Returning a piece from North America to a Chinese seller is rarely worth it after the parcel has crossed; the freight back often exceeds the price of the piece. That is the practical reason the photo check at stop C matters so much.
