Handing Rowbuy a listing

Rowbuy takes orders three ways. Drop a Weidian, Taobao or 1688 product address into the bar at the top of rowbuy.com and the listing opens inside Rowbuy, where you pick the options and add them to a cart. A screenshot or photo dropped onto the camera icon starts a picture search for the original listing. Anything else, from a Xianyu post to a seller's private album, goes through the Fill&buy form at rowbuy.com/orderPlacement.

Fill&buy is the one that needs care. You type the product name, the specifications as pairs such as colour and red, a note to the buyer, a picture, what one piece costs in CNY, how many you want, and what the shop charges to deliver to the warehouse. The form warns that items bought this way cannot be returned unless there is a quality problem or a fault on the seller's side, and that the agent cannot vouch for their quality. If you do not know the price, the form asks for a figure under CNY 10 and leaves the agent to settle the gap with you later.

Seller checks before payment one leaves your card

Rowbuy buys exactly what you point at. It does not pick the shop for you, so the seller check is yours, and it is cheapest to do now. Good sellers share a few habits: photos of the real piece on a table or a hanger rather than only studio renders, a size chart in centimetres with chest, length and shoulder, and an option menu that lists sizes and colours plainly instead of bundling unrelated extras.

On Taobao, ratings and monthly sales numbers are a fair signal. Weidian shops often show neither, so lean harder on photos and on the shop's other listings. One more ledger point: buying several pieces from one shop usually means one domestic delivery fee instead of several, and that fee is part of payment one.

How to choose the listing itself

Read the option menu slowly. Prices on a listing card are usually the cheapest option, so the size or colour you want may cost more. Some menus hide add-ons or a different item entirely among the size choices. If the listing has buyer photos, compare them with the seller's photos; a gap between the two is the most useful warning you will get before QC.

Then think about the trip. A heavy coat, a boxed pair of shoes or anything with a battery changes what happens at stops D and E. The shelf notes flag the usual cases.

What payment one holds

When you submit the order, Rowbuy bills the goods and the seller's delivery to the warehouse, in US dollars. Help article 7792 calls this the goods payment. It is the larger of the two payments for most clothing orders and the only one you make before seeing the piece.

The service fee is the open question. Article 7793 lists it as one of three parts of the total, covering buying, handling, QC and storage, but neither that article nor any public page gives a rate. Look at the checkout breakdown before you confirm, and note what it shows; that is the only place the figure appears.

How long stop A takes

No clock is published for this stop. After payment, Rowbuy places the order with the seller, and the seller decides when to dispatch. Each piece shows its own status in the orders list, so you can see a slow shop holding up one item while the rest of a haul is already stored. If a piece sits without moving for longer than you expected, ask support before the free storage days on your other pieces start to matter.
